Why Autism RestWise…
Autism RestWise is centered on supporting families as they navigate challenges related to sleep, behavior, and daily routines. These areas are often interconnected and can significantly impact both a child’s well being and the overall rhythm of family life. The goal is to provide clear, steady guidance that helps families move forward with greater confidence and consistency over time.
Personal Journey
Through experience working with children and families, it has become clear how often sleep difficulties and daily challenges overlap. Many families are doing their best with limited guidance, often trying multiple approaches without lasting success.
This work was shaped by recognizing the need for support that is not only evidence-based, but also realistic and sustainable within the context of everyday family life.
